Indemnification Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Provider harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys fees asserted against Provider, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any product/ service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Payment Information You agree to supply appropriate payment for the products / services received from Provider, in advance of the time period during which such products / services are provided. Multi-user licenses normally start at 3 users or more. A multi-user license provides one key for all users based on the number of licenses purchased. This includes home and work, or a laptop and desktop.A single-user license includes a key for each copy purchased.

Software Licensing Each user may install and use one copy of the software product on up to two computers for their sole use, provided only one computer is in use at any given time. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of books, software, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. The laws of the State of OREGON, and the United States of America apply.The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims resulting from the use of our products / services.Use of our products/ services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited.
Content All services provided by Provider may only be used for lawful purposes.
Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.

Account Setup / Email on file We will setup your account after receipt of all required account information, payment receipt verification and the conclusion of all order fraud screening processes. The use of products / services from SimpleCAD, hereafter referred to as Provider constitutes agreement to these terms.
